Here you can find the Frequently Asked Questions about the Rent a Boat
Check-In
The driver must be at least 24 years of age and be present at pick-up with his physical ICC BOAT LICENSE (no copy or pictures on the phone) if renting a boat with more than 40hp (such as Libra, SeaRay, or Aquarius).
If renting a boat with 40hp (such as Yamarin, Aries, or Key Largo),
the driver must have their ID or passport with them at pick-up.

A security deposit is due the day of the rental and can be done with either a major credit card or cash. The owner of the card MUST be present with ID or Passport

Please show up 30 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation time to ensure that you are able to get your full rental time on the water.

Rentals cannot be extended or refunded due to late arrival.​​
Fuel Consumption
The average cost of fuel during a 4-hour rental is €45-55 for boats without a license (Yamarin, Key Largo, and Aries) and €55-85 for boats with a boat license (Libra, SeaRay, and Aquarius). On board, you have a very reliable instrument connected directly to the electronic injection, where you can read the number of liters and decimals used during your trip at any moment.
How many hours rent?
The preferred number of hours from our clients is 4 hours (half day). During this time, you can easily visit the best parts of the lake without needing to dock anywhere. If you would like to stop at a restaurant (it's better to make a reservation in advance), an 8-hour rental is perfect from 9am to 5pm or 11am to 7pm

Morning is the best time to rent a boat.
The lake is usually quite and the colors very beautiful.
To Dock in other villages
We will show you how to drive safely and return to our pontoon. If you have no experience, we do not recommend docking in other villages, as it is not easy and any damages to the boat will be the responsibility of the driver, even if you find the boat damaged by other people.
Boat Licence required
The boat licenses required in Europe are ICC (International Certificate of Competence) resolution 40. At the time of check-in, the driver must present the original boat license (no copies or pictures on the phone). If you do not show the license, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be given. US certificates are not valid
Delivery
We don't deliver boats to other villages or Vilas.
All boats start and end their rental from our station in Dongo, where our receptionist will show you the rules and points of interest of the lake and our staff at the pontoon will also provide instructions on driving and safety for the boats.

There are no refunds due to late check-ins, early return, change of plans, illness, weather, or car problems.

Reschedules are based on actual weather conditions on the lake at the time of rental, not future weather forecasts.

The boat rentals may be cancelled up to 15 days before the rental date for 30% of the total rental cost. Any cancellation made once within 15 days of the scheduled arrival, will result in a forfeiture of the total rental cost, included the insurance and cannot be refunded or credited toward another rental.

It is recommended that the weight of passengers not exceed the total written in the description of the boat rented.

Renter is responsible for keeping track of time on the water, taking a phone is recommended.

Max people allowed on the boat included any age.

The boats are not allowed to be beached and should keep a minimum of 150 meters away from the shoreline.

Ski, water skiing, towing a tube or any accessory is forbidden
