On board you have a very reliable instrument connected directly to the electronic injection, where you can read at any time the number of liters and decimals consumed during your trip. ·       Boats without a license (Yamarin, Key Largo, and Aries): on average, during a 4 hour rental, you will spend between €40 and €60 ·       Boats with a license (Libra, SeaRay, and Aquarius): on average, during a 4-hour rental, you will spend between €40 and €100 (this is average consumption, Of Course if you drive fast for the whole rental time the consumption is more or even double)

Our customers' preferred rental duration is 4 hours (half-day). During this time, you can easily visit the most beautiful parts of the lake without needing to dock anywhere.

Morning is the best time to rent a boat. The lake is usually calm and the colors are very beautiful.

We will show you how to drive safely and get back to our pontoon. If you have no experience, we do not recommend mooring in other villages, as it is not easy and any damage to the boat will be the responsibility of the driver, even if you find the boat damaged by other people.

The boat license must be shown at check-in; only original licenses are accepted (licenses shown in photos, on a cell phone or in any other digital format are not accepted) A €800 to €1200 deposit is required at check-in, depending on the boat rented, by credit card (the cardholder must be present and show an identity document) Show up 30 minutes before the booked time in order to finalize the contract and take full advantage of the booked time on the boat Rental cannot be extended or refunded due to late arrival (for any reason) If the boat license is not acceptable the reservation will not be refunded and cannot be refunded or credited to another rental. All boats start and end the rental at our Dongo station, where our reception will explain the rules and points of interest on the lake, and our staff at the dock will also give you instructions on driving and boat safety. ·      We do not deliver boats to other locations

There are no refunds for late check-ins, early returns, change of plans, illness, weather conditions or car problems. Reschedules are based on actual weather conditions on the lake at the time of rental, not future weather forecasts. The boat rental can be cancelled up to 15 days before the rental date with a penalty equal to 30% of the total rental cost. Any cancellation within 15 days of scheduled arrival will result in the loss of the total rental cost, including insurance, and cannot be refunded or credited to another rental. Rental cannot be extended or refunded due to late arrival.
